The Pensacola Beach Resort

The hotel was great. I will definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was the air-conditioning, quit working in the middle of the night, and we had to move to another room. We would have appreciated being compensated more, but they just gave us two free breakfasts which I thought was kind of cheap. Other than that it was a good experience.

The bellman at the front door was very knowledgeable of the area and helped us with places to eat. They will also transport you in there golf cart to anywhere on the island. The food at the Windrose restaurant on site was very nice, the food was delicious and the staff were excellent! Clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Great views from the balcony. They have a parking garage so your vehicle is safe. Entrance to the beautiful beach can be accessed from the Lobby or both levels of the parking garage.

I absolutely loved the location with it being right there on the ocean and quick access to the boardwalk. The bed was very comfortable and was spacious. The front desk staff was super friendly and responsive to my requests, and I felt like they listened to my concerns/request and responded quickly. Bartenders were all personable, knowledgeable, and quick to make a variety of drinks quickly and efficiently.

Very nice place. Great staff too. But if you are a smoker of any sorts DO NOT STAY HERE! No vape, no cigars, no ciggs or any other ways of smoking on the entire property not even the pool bar, parking lot, beach etc. They will send you message via text that you will be evicted from property and charged you to clean room. Unfortunately, we left the hotel for cocktails and went to another hotel and spent all that extra money there instead. There were others at that same location doing the same thing for the same reason. Not always a smoker but like to when I have a few drinks. As nice as the location was, I will not stay there again and book down the beach where we enjoyed our time more. But if you hate smoking of any sort... this is for sure the place for you.

Ordered a kale and quinoa salad, but received a quinoa and arugula salad but it was still very good. I think the kitchen needs a little help with cooking. We really liked our room !!
